Refund policy

1) Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or receipt.

2) What we accept (and what we don’t)

  • Eligible: non-custom, non-personalized products in original condition.

  • Not eligible:

    • Made-to-order, custom or personalized items (e.g., colorways, sizing, name/number prints, one-off artworks)

    • Gift cards

    • Sale/clearance items (final sale)

    • Used, damaged or incomplete items not due to carrier damage

 

3) Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and email support@carart.ae within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll guide you through replacement or a suitable remedy.

 

4) Return shipping costs

  • Domestic (UAE): Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • International: Return shipping is always paid and arranged by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Duties/taxes/fees paid to carriers or customs are non-refundable by us.

    • For international returns, please use a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Items returned without prior approval (RMA) may be refused. If you need help or support please contact us: support@carart.ae

 

5) Exchanges

For the fastest service, place a new order for the item you want and return the original (if eligible). We’ll process the return per this policy.


6) EU 14-day cooling-off (if shipped into the EU)

If your order is delivered into the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days after delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs back to us.

  • We refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping (if applicable), but not any express upgrades or import fees.

 

7) Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post it.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at support@carart.ae.

 

8) Refused/undeliverable packages

Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable parcels may be returned to us by the carrier. We can reship (additional shipping charges apply) or process a refund minus shipping and any carrier/customs fees we incurred, provided the item is eligible and arrives in resalable condition.
